We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding regarding the following terms: Cancellation and Rescheduling Requests: - To cancel or reschedule your integration call session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. - Requests can be made via desertbhavana@gmail.com, ensuring that you receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduled appointment from our team. Cancellation Fee: - A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied to cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice. This fee helps us manage our scheduling and availability for other clients, ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality support to our community. Late Cancellations: - For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, the entire session fee will be absorbed as a late cancellation fee. This policy is in place to compensate for the time that had been allocated for your session, which could have been offered to another client. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
